Susan is a Partner in Point Hope Group’s U.S. investment team and leads Point Hope Group’s global business development. She is also the Chief Executive Officer of Point Hope Group Securities, LLC. Prior to joining Point Hope Group, Susan was a principal at Capital Z Partners based in Hong Kong, where she was responsible for executing investments in private equity funds and in fund management companies. In addition, Susan was a director at Russell Investments from 1995 to 1998 in its private equity group after starting her career at Morgan Stanley & Co. in New York. Susan received a BA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in International Studies and Economics and an MA from Stanford University in International Policy Studies, where she also worked as a research assistant at the Hoover Institution. Susan has served on the Board of the American Investment Council, the Investment Committee for the Archdiocese of San Francisco and was a Term Member of the Council on Foreign Relations.
